The employee that helped me was very sweet ! The only thing I was upset about was not being offered an upgrade to my vase, I told her I wanted a keepsake vase, if I was offered that, for a little extra, I would have done it ---- Florist's Response: Hi Julia, thank you for sharing your feedback. You ordered a designer's choice - special (lower price as we pick the flowers). You ordered the lowest price designer's choice that does not have an upgraded vase with it. When you called back to speak with Melissa she advised you we don't have an option for the designer's choice. We are sorry about that. We did make it a cheerful arrangement per your request. I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose Amy's Flowers when I googled flower delivery in Sparks! Belinda, the owner, went above and beyond. I decided to call the shop instead of ordering online as I was hoping they could help me select something special for someone who just painfully lost their pet and best friend. Her caring for the situation was beyond what I expected. The floral arrangement arrived promptly and was amazing! Thank you Belinda and Amy's Flowers!
