The employee that helped me was very sweet ! The only thing I was upset about was not being offered an upgrade to my vase, I told her I wanted a keepsake vase, if I was offered that, for a little extra, I would have done it ---- Florist's Response: Hi Julia, thank you for sharing your feedback. You ordered a designer's choice - special (lower price as we pick the flowers). You ordered the lowest price designer's choice that does not have an upgraded vase with it. When you called back to speak with Melissa she advised you we don't have an option for the designer's choice. We are sorry about that. We did make it a cheerful arrangement per your request.
