Ordering flowers for family that lives across the country from me always gives me anxiety. I never know if what I order is actually what is sent or if it's just a crappier version. And then there's the "did it get delivered?" that always worries me too. I always order locally for whoever I'm buying for, Amy's was closest to where my Aunt lives and I am so so glad I used her. She actually called me to ask if I was OK with the flowers being left if nobody answered the door or if I would be ok paying a redelivery fee, then goes on to ask permission to call my aunt and make sure she was home before going out there to save me the redelivery fee if at all possible. I have NEVER experienced this level of professionalism not to mention what I ordered was EXACTLY what they got not some watered down version! It was BEAUTIFUL! I am over the moon on how well this went! Thank you Amy for the beautiful work and the A+++ customer service! 5 stars all day every day!!

The arrangement of flowers came out beautifully and my girlfriend loved them. I always used Amy's in the past, but I moved away from Nevada a few years ago. However, I still order from Amy's whenever I want local Reno/Sparks delivery! Such a great shop, friendly staff, and excellent delivery service! Thank you!
